Terms of Service

Welcome to Krumeno. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Krumeno ("Krumeno", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our websites, apps, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Krumeno

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

Krumeno helps you generate short-form videos using AI — including script assistance, AI voiceover, background footage, and captions — and to manage and publish that content. Features, limits, and plans may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice, and changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Credits and usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of video credits and other usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. We may enforce fair-use protections to keep the Service reliable for everyone.

6. Your content

"Your Content" means the scripts, prompts, uploads, and other materials you provide, and the videos you generate. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Krumeno a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use any material you upload.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence, which can produce inaccurate, unexpected, or similar-looking results. You are responsible for reviewing any output before you use or publish it. Krumeno makes no guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, or that it will perform, rank, or "go viral." You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish (including their AI-content disclosure requirements) — see our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including our software, branding, and design, is owned by Krumeno and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or brand. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the videos you generate, including for commercial purposes on paid plans.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example, payment processing and social-platform publishing). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krumeno will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Krumeno harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where prohibited by law.
