• Content you provide — scripts, prompts, uploads, and the videos you generate.
• Billing information — handled by our payment provider. We receive your subscription status and identifiers; we do not store your full card details.
• Usage and device data — how you use the Service, along with device, browser, and log data, collected via analytics and error-monitoring tools.
• Connected accounts — if you connect a social platform to publish, we store the access tokens needed to post on your behalf, and you can disconnect at any time.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate videos and process the features you request.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send service and account emails.
• To monitor performance, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service. These currently include:

• Our payment provider — subscription billing
• OpenAI — script generation
• ElevenLabs — AI voiceover and transcription
• Cloudflare R2 — file and video storage

• Google / YouTube — publishing to connected channels
• Vercel — hosting

Each provider processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes above.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and product analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the Service works.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless we must retain it to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
