Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets the rules for using Krumeno (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

1. Content you may not create or distribute

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or is otherwise sexual content involving minors — this results in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
  • Harasses, threatens, bullies, or incites violence against others.
  • Promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
  • Is deliberately false or deceptive in a way that could cause harm, including health, financial, or election misinformation.
  • Impersonates a real person or organization, or creates a realistic likeness or voice of a real person without their consent.
  • Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

2. Conduct you may not engage in

You may not:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, or security controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Resell or share your account, or access the Service to build a competing product.
  • Use the Service to send spam or run deceptive or fraudulent schemes.

3. AI content and platform rules

Because the Service produces AI-generated videos, you are responsible for:

  • Disclosing AI-generated content where the platform you publish to requires it. TikTok, YouTube, and Meta all require creators to label realistic AI-generated content, and increasingly detect it automatically.
  • Not mass-producing low-value, near-identical content. Platforms such as YouTube can demonetize or remove repetitive, low-effort AI content. Add your own creative input.
  • Not creating deceptive deepfakes of real people, events, or places.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including removing content, suspending features, or terminating accounts. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
